I've photographed weddings at Hendall Manor Barns and know the venue well, from the exquisitely manicured gardens and lake to the evening light around the courtyard...Hendall Manor Barns is a beautiful venue with so many photography opportunities within the grounds, it makes my job an absolute pleasure.
I photographed my first wedding at Hendall Manor in 2013. It was one of the first weddings Nicky & Paul took on at the venue and I was lucky enough to be friends with the bride and groom, Laura & Matt.
I was so excited by how beautiful the converted cow barn was, with it's exposed stone work, all the different levels, the gardens and open fields surrounding the main building. The stone arches are a beautiful setting for group shots, as well as being a great option if the weather decides to not play ball and you have a bit of rain on your day.
The stunning patio is a fantastic area for the drinks reception over looking the lawn. This gives me a great opportunity to capture all the candid moments between you and your guests.
In mid to late summer the lighting is just right after the wedding breakfast to capture some golden hour photography in front of the house, and to finish off your perfect day the sparkler exit is a must!
